The Intermediate IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality technology professionals to support the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, technical skills, project demands, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
