Location: South Africa Cape Town
Smith Tait is looking for an Intermediate Lighting BIM Specialist to support our global project delivery in coordination with our Dubai design team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of BIM experience, strong Revit and Navisworks capability, and the ability to coordinate lighting models across architecture, interiors, and MEP disciplines.
You’ll contribute to international lighting design projects by supporting BIM modelling, coordination, clash detection, quality control, and project documentation across SD, DD, TD, and IFC stages.
