Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Intermediate QA Tester to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and fellow testers to ensure our software products meet high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or defects
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency
