Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Scrum Master to join our Bank project team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in API development and integration with open-source APIs. The candidate should also have prior corporate or commercial experience in delivering projects within an Agile environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles, processes, and practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
