Intermediate Software Developer

The Job SRC CAN Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of next-generation EW Operational Support Systems (EWOSS) including Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) and Operational Mission Data (OMD) product solutions for the Department of National Defence (DND). Reporting to the Senior Staff Software Developer, this role will leverage software engineering skillsets to support the SRC enterprise portfolio of signals intelligence (SIGINT) and EW suite of advanced software including Radio Frequency (RF) modeling and simulation products. This role requires strong technical and data engineering skills, collaboration, and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. While the role is primarily technical, it will involve mentoring team members and contributing to people‑management activities.
