About The Opportunity
Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Stores Services Personnel to support warehouse and technical data operations within a high‑tempo federal environment. This is a hands‑on, operational role supporting the reception, distribution, and management of technical data packages, publications, and printed materials at a secure facility in Ottawa. This engagement directly supports mission‑critical operations, ensuring that essential publications and materials reach the right people at the right time.
Duties
- Assist with the distribution of the General Pilot Handbooks
- Assist with the clean up of dormant stock and materiel accounts assigned to DSCO 4
- Assist with the validation and review of Level 2 materiel, hard copies, held by DSCO 4
- Coordinate delivery and pick up with providers such as Canada Post and FEDEX
