Join PSMJ Resources as an Intermediate Structural Engineer in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on hydropower facilities, dams, and civil works, with hybrid work options available.
As part of the Power & Transportation Group, you will manage critical projects involving the rehabilitation and design of hydropower facilities and other water resource projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process and take on the responsibility of mentoring junior engineers while ensuring project completion within budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from conceptual design to construction
• Manage project schedules and financial performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff
