Job Description
A large freight forwarding company is looking for an Intermodal Customer Service Rep for their office in Tijuana, Mexico. The company has multiple offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).
Experience in Freight Forwarding and Rail transportation (US & Mexico) is required.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Logistics, international business etc
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics/ Ocean freight / Quotations
- Knowledge in international and national logistics, maritime, Mexican customs brokerage.
- Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA (Port Long Beach, Ensenada, Manzanillo, Veracruz)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
