The Defect & Yield Improvement Engineer is responsible for defect classification, root cause analysis, and yield improvement in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. This role focuses on identifying defect patterns, driving corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve process robustness and manufacturing yield.
