Job Description
We are looking for an intern to join our Advisory Solutions Teams for a minimum of 6 months commitment. This role will involve programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Equities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Advisory Solutions Teams in programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets (i.e. FX and Structured Products), Fixed Income and Equities.
- Build program to read Outlook emails and extract data from content into designated fields in excel for trade reconciliation.
- Review existing VBA codes in excel and convert to python for better efficiency.
- Assist with the programming/ coding of proposal building/ system automation to increase efficiency and productivity for Advisors.
- Assist with New Issues emails to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with proposal building.
