Job Description
We are looking for an intern to join our Advisory Solutions Teams for a minimum of 6 months commitment. This role will involve programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Equities.
Responsibilities
Support the Advisory Solutions Teams in programming functions to simplify and streamline work processes for Capital Markets (i.e. FX and Structured Products), Fixed Income and Equities. Build program to read Outlook emails and extract data from content into designated fields in excel for trade reconciliation. Review existing VBA codes in excel and convert to python for better efficiency. Assist with the programming/ coding of proposal building/ system automation to increase efficiency and productivity for Advisors. Assist with New Issues emails to internal stakeholders. Assist with proposal building.
