Job Purpose
Supporting on global projects on tool quality management in the center on day-to-day basis while providing initiatives on value added solutions to the service line.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics to evaluate the impact of recent changes or enhancements.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather feedback and validate data accuracy.
- Provide system support, including issue logging, user testing, and documentation of enhancements or fixes.
