Position Overview:
The Reward Store is looking for a highly organized and creative

Intern, Customer Support

to support product management & catalogue operations initiatives across our global rewards platform.
This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and strong
communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately
represented, visually engaging, and effectively positioned to support business growth and customer
engagement.

Position: Intern, Customer Support

(FRESHERS ONLY with Exceptional
Communication skills)
Shift: Night shifts - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain product catalogues across internal platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, updates, and catalogue enhancements.
• Support sales teams with product information, presentations, and reporting.
