Intern, DATThrough this hands-on experience, interns will gain practical insights into user experience research, UI design, and the application of design thinking methodology to transform government digital services. You will be part of a panicle digital transformation initiative that redesigns how Singapore's land management departments collaborate and serve citizens.
[What you will be working on]
Workshop Planning & Facilitation
- Assist in planning and facilitating design thinking workshops with stakeholders of various backgrounds
- Support documentation of workshop outcomes and synthesis of user insights
UX Research & Analysis
- Conduct user interviews to understand current workflows and pain points
- Observe and document existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
