- Drive Rollouts: Support testing, launch, and improvement of regional digital CRM products.
- Analyse Performance: Turn product, operational, and customer journey data into clear insights.
- Build Reporting: Create Excel templates, dashboards, and tracking structures for decision-making.
- Optimise Processes: Map business workflows, identify pain points, use cases and document practical improvements to current solutions.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Align requirements, feedback, and progress across markets, development teams, and key business stakeholders to support effective delivery.
- Own Delivery: Manage defined work packages from analysis to stakeholder-ready output.
- Create & Maintain Documentation: Create and evolve Confluence documentation and user guides into trusted resources that empower users, improve product adoption, and create lasting operational impact.
