Job Description

Description
  • Perform daily analysis of electrical data and electrical & visual characterization of failing devices.
  • Identify defects by performing analysis through various experiments.
  • Write clear and concise reports and perform technical presentations on the issues analyzed.
Project Scope
  • Analyze circuit and electrical fault isolation using Electrical Characterization and Fault Isolation tools.
  • Establish and propose possible electrical or process failure mechanisms on yield issues based on electrical and fault analysis.
  • Engage in a cross‑functional focus team to resolve issues.
Deliverables
  • Independently handle basic EFA tools.
  • Establish and propose possible electrical or process failure mechanisms to explain and resolve yield issues.
Required Skillset
  • Knowledge of electrical/microelectronic/electronic domains (e.g., testing and characterization).
