Job Description

1. (i) Assist with scheduling, registration, attendance, and communication for trainings.
2. (ii) Maintain training records, evaluation forms, and documentation.
3. (iii) Help track compliance (learning hours, HSSE, SMA, PECAS+, etc.).
4. (iv) Prepare weekly/monthly training reports.
5. (v) Support logistics for workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and events.
6. (vi) Communicate with staff, training providers, and internal teams.
7. (vii) Help with digital tools like Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint.
