  • Assist in organizing and promoting HR events and activities.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Internal Communications Lead.

  • Design and customize SharePoint pages for a user-friendly layout.

  • Create and organize HR content such as policy documents and news announcements.

  • Integrate HR tools and interactive functionalities.

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for content owners

  • A bachelor/master student in Communications, HR, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
