Job Description
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Human Resource, Compensation & Benefits Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct research on market-specific regulations and practices across various countries.
- Benchmark findings against Mapletree’s existing employee benefits to support ongoing review and enhancement efforts.
- Develop ways to communicate existing or new benefits to employees.
- Support marketing efforts for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Update medical guidelines on the intranet as needed, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for employees
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure handbooks and policies are updated in line with government regulations
- Assist in drafting or reviewing employee policy documents to ensure clarity and consistency
