Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with tasks related to employee data management and Learning & Development (L&D) coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Data Updates and Maintenance
- Assist in updating employee records and ensuring accuracy in the HR database/system.
- Regularly verify and clean data to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Handle documentation and file organization related to HR records and reports.
Learning & Development Coordination
- Provide support in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and other learning programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees, and external vendors for smooth execution of sessions.
