Job Description

Main Responsibility

Involve in overall underwriting/administration support for Motor UW team.

Assist in projects and initiatives managed by Motor UW.

1. Ensure risks underwritten are within guidelines

  • Attend referrals from marketers are attended without delay.
  • Escalate issues to underwriters for guidance.
  • Ensure approval is in place by authorized personnel with proper documentation.
  • Assist in Motor UW review to identify cases with breach of guidelines or abusive of authority given.

2. Assist in Smooth Underwriting Process with SOP being followed

  • Attend to referrals from Marketing officers.
  • Ensure UW tasks assigned are completed within target turn-around-time.
  • Involve in system related matter (Frontend and Backend system).
  • Update of Make Model, Market Value, NCD details etc.
  • Involve in updating blacklisted vehicle listings.
