Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that its heating, lighting and ventilation are of good working conditionConduct general maintenance works such as, painting, patching of walls, plumbing facilities, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operationsPerform routine preventive maintenance programmeCheck and inspect the building's machinery and equipmentRespond and prioritise maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishingsPerform related tasks as assigned
