Job Description
User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- To assist and perform UATs for Production Issues and/or Projects, which includes close communication with IT and vendors.
- Understand business requirements with project team. Prepare test scripts to identify test scenarios and create UAT test cases with production‑like data.
- Execute test cases and report bugs if any. Re‑test bugs once fixed.
- Perform Regression Testing to ensure no major defects/no critical defects open.
- Prepare UAT sign off to confirm business requirements/objectives met and good to go for production.
- Prepare communication materials (e.g., one pager comm, communication pack, user guide, short video, infographic etc.) to brief & update about the system changes.
Project Management
- Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
