Job Description
Learning Activities and Responsibilities
- To learn on the Packaging lab analysis methods and perform supervision
- Know on the analysis and can help to supervise Technicians/relief if necessary
- If Technicians are busy, help to perform repeat redpost PU check in Bottling & Canning if result is yellow zone (Check Qualass)
- To learn on the basic line process that contribute to Quality. Highlight of abnormality if detected
- Gain knowledge and awareness to upscale abnormalities
- Perform test bottle fabrication if necessary
- Perform Monthly Sample collections if assigned
Cost Management
- To learn on the Packaging loss points (extract/material) and perform data collection
- Gain insight on operation process and technological losses
Routine Operations
- Participate in daily Packaging DCS for updates
PU and Microbe Processes
