1. Customer & Engagement Management
Lead project initiation, planning, staffing, execution, and closure across your portfolio.Serve as the primary customer interface for Consulting delivery.Re‑engage stale projects, ensure timely reporting for active engagements, and align stakeholders across Support, ADLS (Training), PM, Product Marketing, and Engineering.Technical Skills
