Job Description
Position Summary:We have a 12‑month student placement opportunity, starting in July 2026. This is a hybrid role based in Atherstone, Warwickshire for 2‑3 days per week. Salary £25,000 + excellent benefits, including 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the organisation to deliver Transformation activities.
- Increasing the change management maturity of the business through providing effective guidance, coaching and training to the Change Community.
- Playing an instrumental role in ensuring visibility and transparency of all change activities, their costs and benefits and the resulting outcomes on the UK Business performance.
- Keeping Regional and Country Leads informed of the status and performance of Projects and programmes, notifying if key decisions, risks and issues need to be escalated.
