We are seeking talented individuals to join our Talent and Transformation team at Mercer Singapore.
As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.
We will count on you to:
Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.
What you need to have:
Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
