What the role is
Intern, Valuation
What you will be working on- Assist valuers with valuation assignments including information collection, in-depth rental / TOL analysis, valuation methodology proposals, and rental/fire replacement cost assessments
- Conduct site inspections of properties requiring valuation assessment
- Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency
- Students with background in Real Estate or similar areas preferred
- Meticulous
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
