As a member of the internal sales support team, the Internal Account Manager will be responsible for working with the necessary individuals and teams to achieve and exceed the companys sales targets. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relations by managing existing accounts and collaborating on new opportunities to ensure growth within existing channels. They will be expected to identify best practice across the different business lines and route to markets and ensure that relevant information is shared both internally and externally.
They will be responsible for recognising quality leads and developing, managing and growing customer accounts within their designated area of responsibility and the company.
