Job Description
The Internal Audit Associate supports the execution of the company’s Annual Control and Risk Internal Audit Plan under the guidance and supervision of Senior Auditors (Specialists, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Managers). The role involves conducting performance, financial, operational, compliance, and fraud audit activities within assigned areas or as directed by the MANCOM.
Audit Preparation
- Prepares and sends audit notifications to auditees prior to scheduled audits.
- Prepares the internal audit program.
- Creates the opening meeting slides.
- Sends calendar invites for the opening and closing meetings.
Audit Execution
- Performs audit procedures including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
- Conducts branch-level audits for 7S and 52 weeks, and head office audits for 6S.
