POSITION INFO: Conduct operational audits across restaurant locations, including cash handling, stock, food safety, waste, and asset controls
Perform corporate audits covering finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and compliance functions
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable South African legislation
Analyse financial and operational performance data and validate reporting accuracy
