Internal Auditor – F&B / Hospitality

We are hiring an Internal Auditor for a fast-growing Food & Beverage business with multiple kitchens, catering operations and outlets. The role focuses on operational and F&B audits, ensuring controls across kitchen operations, inventory and cost management.

• Conduct internal audits across kitchens, outlets and catering operations
• Review food cost, inventory and stock movement
• Perform stock audits and variance analysis
• Evaluate SOP compliance across F&B operations
• Identify gaps in cost control and operational efficiency
• Work closely with operations teams to improve processes
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations

• 3–8 years of experience in internal audit or operations audit
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, catering, or the F&B industry
