The position supports key management plan goals, including employee engagement, recognition, and retention.

This role is highly integrated into the daily operations of the hospital and ambulatory sites and requires regular presence in clinical and non-clinical areas to gather stories, support employee events, and ensure communications reflect the Highland experience.
