Responsibilities
Corporate Services Communications supports employee-facing communications across a wide range of workplace and service topics. The team works across regions and functions to help employees understand operational changes, prepare for new services, navigate disruptions, and know where to get support. In practice, our work spans workplace operations, food and catering programs, office openings and relocations, physical security and safety topics, employee mobility and travel-related communications, onboarding content, local announcement planning, training materials, FAQs, canned responses, and communication playbooks. The team partners closely with regional stakeholders across Corporate Services and adjacent teams.
