Physicians work a predictable Monday Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no nights or weekends, seeing an average of just patients per day.
Learning Journey provides structured onboarding and support from day one, while a fully integrated multidisciplinary team including NPs and PAs, medical assistants, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialty referral support ensures exceptional patient care.
Compensation is highly competitive, with first-year earnings of $300K+ (higher for experienced physicians) and a sign-on bonus.
