Job Description
Provide and administer primary care physician services in accordance with general clinical policies and standards of practice, with a focus on care for older adults. Delivers outpatient care in a community-based setting serving a diverse population. Elicits detailed histories and conducts comprehensive examinations. Establishes diagnoses, orders appropriate laboratory tests and referrals, and provides counseling on health conditions and disease management.
