Job Description

Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Dec 2026; potential to extend
Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p)
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work:
  • Avg 18-20ppd
  • 75% adult / 25% geriatric
  • Ambulatory work in primary care practice
Chronic disease management, acute care, hospital follow up, AWV
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license, IMLC accepted with LOQ, BC IM (FM not accepted), AZ DEA, BLS, ACLS,
EMR: Cerner
