  • Clinic Monday - Friday 8a-5p
  • No call

Clinical Details

  • 75% Adult, 25% Adult Geriatric
  • 18-20 patients per day
  • No Hospital coverage
  • Chronic disease management, Acute care, hospital follow up, AWV, inbox management

Requirements

  • Board Certified IM
  • Active AZ License or IMLC
  • DEA
  • BLS, ACLS
