Position Overview:Join a mission-driven, multi-location FQHC on the east side of Sacramento offering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This permanent, outpatient-only role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking for exceptional work-life balance and meaningful community impact.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call: None
Weekends: None
Setting: Outpatient only Federally Qualified Health Center / Community Health Clinic
Patient Volume & Workflow:Approximately 25-27 patients per 10-hour shift20-minute appointment slots (3 patients per hour model)Includes 2 telehealth visits per dayAdministrative time built into the schedule at the end of the dayProviders realistically average approximately 2.2 patients per hour accounting for no-showsNo double-booking
