- Open to experienced providers
- Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics
- Outpatient ONLY - Medicare Advantage patients
- Average15-17 patients per day with full support staff
- Physicians drive the care decisions for the patients
- Negotiable $260,000 base salary
- Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus (average bonus is $50,0000)
- Sign-On Bonus $35,000+
- Relocation assistance if over 50 miles
- Over 32 total days off including Holidays-Personal-PTO
