Key Responsibilities- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your internal medicine practice, including diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
- Write golden reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
