An established concierge medical practice near Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join the practice and support a smooth transition of care. The current physician is planning for retirement and is flexible on a gradual transition and meaningful overlap to ensure continuity for patients and staff. The role offers a consistent five-day, weekday schedule (no weekends and occasional house calls) and is supported by a small and highly supportive staff.
The practice is known for unhurried, relationship-based medicine, proactive problem-solving, and a small patient panel that allows for low daily patient volume and meaningful time with each patient.
