Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 4x10s
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients daily
EMR: Elation with AI Scribe
Treating Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, Weight Management, and Endocrine Conditions
Some biopsies and ultrasounds
Option for 1 week of telehealth per month
Board Certified required
Active Utah license and DEA required
Temporary privileges available
