- Setting: outpatient primary care clinic for all geriatric patients
- Primary care, chronic care, medication management
- No weekends, holidays, or call, 1 hour lunch
- All geriatric patients
Required :
- Board certified/eligible Physician
- Active BLS
- Active DEA
- Active and unrestricted DC license
