We are growing across the organization and looking for a Primary Care Physician to help us transform care for our patients.

With over 130 podiatric medical and surgical clinics in 7 states, Upperline Health providers coordinate patients care among a team of specialists podiatric physicians and surgeons, Primary Care Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Navigators, Pharmacists, Dieticians, and Social Workers for integrated treatment that addresses patients immediate and long-term health needs. We put patients at the center of value-based care.
