Location: Aeroton (willing to travel nationally) Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies Source and attract top talent through various channels Screen candidates and conduct interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Manage job offers and onboarding processes Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an internal recruiter or similar role Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills NEED to have a valid driver's license
