Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well established leading Estate Agency Group, recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant in Faversham.
The Role
- Selecting appropriate candidates from multiple advertisements via our own websites and the Recruitment websites
- Virtual first line Interviewing high volumes of candidates across several disciplines and across the whole of the Network using Zoom, TEAMs, and occasionally the telephone
- Recognising talent and making recommendations to our senior team for follow up interviews
- Managing your pipeline of candidates and following up on offers and placements for your areas of responsibility
- Working closely with our senior management team and Directors running weekly calls to discuss recruitment and updates of vacancies/candidates
