Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying job responsibilities
- Drafting, posting and promoting job ads
- Sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
- Screening candidates
- Organizing individual and group interview sessions
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Managing feedback and job offers
- Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and data
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment.
