Report to: Sales Manager, Japan

Role Purpose:


To achieve business objectives and aggressively drive sales growth and overall profitability across the assigned Territory / Portfolio.

What you'll be doing in this role:


  • Drive sales growth by pursuing opportunities with both existing and new customers through proactive telesales and marketing initiatives.


  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote RS products, campaigns, and eve daily and monthly revenue targets while maintaining and updating the customer database by identifying new business opportunities.


  • Gather market and competitive insights from customer feedback and share them with Sales Management.
