Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Internal Sales and assisting External sales person
-Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes
-Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
-Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
-Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
-Identify new customers and forward to External Sales
-Reaching sales quotas and goals
-Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
-Brining new customers to increase customer base
-Debtors’ management
